About the coach

Sport & Exercise Science background

I’m currently studying Sport and Exercise Science, with a strong focus on biomechanics, SNC (strength and conditioning) and evidence-based training methods. Every program is built from research-backed principles, not random drills.

Player & coach experience

I’ve been around field and court sports for 15 years – competing and training at high levels. Elite Athlete Academy is the next step: a structured way to help athletes become faster, stronger and more game-ready.

Why this academy exists

Too many players are told to “just work hard” without any real plan. Here, we test, plan and retest, allowing us to see how the athletes scores are being tracked so they can see their progress.
